This homemade Bailey is smooth, creamy and ready in less than 5 minutes.

Homemade Bailey ingredients
You need only 5 ingredients to create this homemade Irish cream.
- Sweetened condensed milk They thicken and softens the mixture.
- Light Cream It makes this creamy, balances the sweetness from condensed milk.
- Whiskey It is alcohol in Irish cream. My first choice is an Irish whiskey like Jameson, but an economic brand works just as well.
- Taste Instant coffee or instant espresso and pure vanilla extract add flavor. Other optional additions include cocoa powder, almond extract or chocolate syrup.
Irish cream contains alcohol, but this Baileys headdress recipe can be made without alcohol.
Jump the whiskey and add a teaspoon or so rum extract OR whiskey extract. Extracts can vary according to the brand, then add a little at a time to reach the desired flavor!

Warehouse
As long as your cream is fresh, homemade Baileys will last about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
If you are giving this, be sure to include a small note reminding them to make it explode in the fridge!

This easy recipe is inspired by the versions in the MCNAB family cookbook, a small self -published cuisine book. The book contains 3 recipes of homemade Irish cream liqueurs in my small book with different ingredients (raw eggs, chocolate syrup and rum). I combined the parts that I liked most to create this delicious recipe.
