Bitter Gourd Peel Puri Recipe

  • To start preparing the pure recipe of bitter pumpkin peel, mix all the ingredients in a bowl including wholemeal flour, gram flour, karela peel, cumin seeds, red chilli pepper, turmeric powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.

  • Add the water slowly and knead a soft paste and keep it ready. Rest the dough for at least 30 minutes.

  • Heat the oil in the Kadai to fry the pure and keep it ready.

  • Prepare small spheres from the dough and sprinkle the rotating table with flour and flatten the pris with a rolling pin. Make sure you take a small thick size from the dough.

  • While you have rolled the whole dough now, heat a Kadai and add oil. When the oil is heated, gently add a pure flattener.

  • Using a frying spoon or a perforated spoon, press gently pure, put some hot oil on top and move in a circular way.

  • You will notice that pure swells and gets up. At this point, turn it on the other side and fry until it becomes golden. Do not keep pure oil for more than 2 minutes, it will become fragile.

  • Scroll it on the kitchen napkin, the deep frying process continues for all the other pure flattened ones.

  • Serve the pure pure Gourd Gourd recipe together with Chole Masala, onions in brine and Bodi Raita alongside to enjoy breakfast.
