I have had it in drafts for a long time now, I immediately tried after seeing on Instagram and I was wondering why I hadn’t tried it before or I had tasted in the restaurants. I also wanted to try the vegan version of the Frappè before publishing and it took me a long time! Better never late, haha. Here, try us for yourself or for your children.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients to produce frappè of vegan apple.

Method 1
- Apple – Choose the sweet variety, not so harsh.
- Milk – Whole milk works better for rich and tasty results. Use boiled chilli pepper.
- Ice-cream – Optional, but it gives a good taste and consistency of thick and rich.
- Sugar – If necessary, use to sweeten.
- Cinnamon – A must for a perfect flavor. Okay, with the flavor of Apple.
Method 2
- Apple: Choose the sweet variety, not so harsh.
- VEGAN MILK – I used oat milk, you can use vegan milk.
- Almonds – For binding and dense result.
- Andrachi – adds a rich taste.
- Cinnamon – For flavor
- Dates – healthy and grieved.
- Sugar – Optional as softening agent. You can use agave or maple syrup.

- Peel the apples in the first place and cut them approximately.

- After that, put the apple, the blender ice cream. And add the milk to it. Use boiled milk, cooled and cold milk to avoid curd.

- If you want you can add sugar to soften further.

- Blend well and serve the frappè of apple immediately. The apple will oxidize soon and the color would be opaque if you don’t need as soon as you do.

Frappè of vegan apples
Now let’s see how to prepare frappè of apple without ice cream. This version is the best for children as it has nuts and dates, better for weight gain.

- First, take the peeled apples, the opposite dates, the oven and peeled almonds, the anacardi, the sugar in a blender.

- After that, add the cold oat milk.

- Blend everything together very well.

- Serve it immediately cold.

- Milk: use milk of your choice. Almond milk also works.
- You can skip ice cream or sugar if you want to make it healthier.
- Instead of cinnamon you can also use cardamom.

- Use a spoonful of rolled oats or walnut butter for filling and nutritious drinks.
