To start preparing the Koora recipe of cauliflower with andhra -style tomato, first cook the cauliflower and potato with 1 cup of water, salt in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle and turn it off.
Leave it aside to release the pressure alone. Heat a Kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and let them splash for a few seconds.
Add the curry leaves and ruin them for another 10 seconds. So add chopped onions, green chili and garlic. Fry the onions until the onion becomes translucent.
Once the onions are soft and translucent, add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and brown until the tomatoes become soft and the raw smell disappears. Add the cooked cauliflower and the potato in the Kadai.
Add the spice powder such as Garam Masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
Open the lid check the salt and share it according to the palate.
