Andhra Style Tomato Cauliflower Koora Recipe

  • To start preparing the Koora recipe of cauliflower with andhra -style tomato, first cook the cauliflower and potato with 1 cup of water, salt in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle and turn it off.

  • Leave it aside to release the pressure alone. Heat a Kadai with oil, add mustard seeds and let them splash for a few seconds.

  • Add the curry leaves and ruin them for another 10 seconds. So add chopped onions, green chili and garlic. Fry the onions until the onion becomes translucent.

  • Once the onions are soft and translucent, add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and brown until the tomatoes become soft and the raw smell disappears. Add the cooked cauliflower and the potato in the Kadai.

  • Add the spice powder such as Garam Masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Open the lid check the salt and share it according to the palate.

  • Serve the tomato cauliflower in the Andhra Koora style together with Tawa Paratha, a recipe from the Palak and Raita of your choice to enjoy your daily meals.
