Alfajor is a sugar biscuit full of Dulce de leche or popular Area in Colombia and other parts of South America. Like many Latin recipes, this dessert has different variations depending on the country and the family. This is my recipe for Alfajores who grew up eating in Colombia.

How to do alfajores
