Information on the broccoli lasagna recipe
Lasagna is one of the most popular Italian pasta dish. It uses sheets like pasta which are seasoned with meat sauce, béchamel and cheese and baked. You can prepare lasagna however you like. You can use any meat, protein, and veggies of your choice to make lasagna. I’ve made quite a few lasagnas in the past, one of my absolute favorites is chicken lasagna.
In the past I used sheets for homemade lasagna, but now ready-made sheets are easily found in shops and that’s the one I prefer. Be sure to check the box, some lasagna sheets require pre-cooking. But the ones I use don’t require cooking.

Garlic – Garlic adds aroma and flavor to lasagna.
Butter – Butter is important for preparing bechamel. You can use olive oil in place of butter for a lighter version.
Normal flour – Instead of normal flour you can use wheat flour.
Milk – the broccoli sauce must be slightly liquid so adjust the milk accordingly.
Seasoning – you can flavor the broccoli lasagna with any aroma and seasoning. You can use ground nutmeg, Italian seasoning, salt and white pepper.
