Chicken breasts are perfect for a quick meal and lean proteins. It can be dressed in so many different ways and we have certainly tried trying them all! Lemon and herbs are a classic car for a bright and fresh flavor and this marinade really highlights the lemon flavor. In addition, our marinade guarantees a super juicy chicken!

- Sensi del chiclo: We use boned and leather -free chicken breasts for this recipe. You can also use chicken thighs without disoxed leather for a more juicy result of dark meat.
- Lemon juice: Fresh is the best but if you have little time, you can use in the bottle.
- Extra virgin olive oil: We advise you to use Evoo for the marinade rather than a neutral oil because you are not cooking/burning with it.
- Lemon pepper: It adds a slight pepper kick and an extra lemon flavor in the marinade.
- Lemon: Slice thinly and use to garnish, adding a fresh pop color and tang.
Chicken options
Chicken thighs and chopsticks cook magnificently if you prepare in this way. Everything you need to regulate is potentially cooking. It doesn’t matter which chicken cut use, we recommend that you still reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Create the instructions:
You can make the marinade up to 8 hours before. We like to start in the morning so that it can marinate all day, simply letting us put it in the oven to bake!


Serve suggestions
Potatoes: One side of potatoes is perfectly accompanied with this lemon herbal chicken. Try our potatoes roasted by “garlic” or our mashed potatoes with herbal butter.
Rice and vegetables: Just combine a side of white or brown steam rice and a green vegetables (we love asparagus or green beans) for a complete meal.
Protein Bowl: Add a bed of rice, quinoa and/or beans and you have an easy rich in protein bowl. Irrodalo with a kind of sauce, seasoning or Aioli to finish it.
