Moga Gathi or Mooghache Gathi is a traditional Goan dish usually served in the temples. This dish is made with green grams or moong shoots in a delicious coconut sauce that is tempered with mustard leaves and curry leaves. This is a pure vegetable dish based on onion and garlic. However, this dish has such a delicious flavor that you want to eat more. This dish is also made on special occasions such as religious functions and festivals in which we eat pure vegetables food. It has a better flavor with the poor, but some people love to eat it with rice.
