This list was completed by Pitmaster and Girls Can Grill, the founder Christie Vanover, who created rubbing for award -winning barbecues and tested dozens of others during his career.

The first three on the list are part of its signature line, which will soon be available in almost 90 stores in 22 states, including Scheels and Fleet Farm.

This bold mixture of salt, coarse black pepper, garlic, Guajillo and Habanero honey pepper is designed to build cortex and win trophies. With a Texas -style foundation and a pinch of heat, it creates a splendid color and a rich flavor on a chest, burgers and beef ribs. Vanover used it when he won 5th place in Brisket at Jack Daniel BBQ World Championships.

This rubbing highlights the nostalgic flavors and classic poultry herbs, using a balanced mixture of chillies and paprika to create a wonderfully golden skin. It is quite mild for your child’s grilled chicken chicken pepper, but bold enough to earn more chicken calls in first place on the BBQ circuit.

Hey Grill Hey’s Susie Bulloch took her award -winning rubbing and has believed with pepper peppers of Cayenna, Chipotle and Ancho. The complex flavors are quite versatile for pork, chicken or ribs and perfect for the grillers who want sweets with heat. Vanover likes to combine it with Hey Grill Hey’s Barbecue Honey Barbecue Honey sauce.

News for 2025, this beef rubbing introduces a bold update for steaks, hamburgers, tri-tips and roasted. Created by Dan Phelps of Phelps Barbecue and learning to smoke, amplifies the classic notes of salt, pepper and garlic with a touch of citrus fruits and a pinch of sugar, adding a tasty touch to the cookout of the courtyard.

Used by champions all over the world, including Vanover, this rubbing in the city style of Kansas tilts into sweetness with a balanced mix of sweet cane sugar and spices.
