Valentine’s Day is time to show that special person in your life how much does it affect and what more than a well -planned and elegant dinner expresses for two? It is suggested that if you are putting the atmosphere for love, you should keep the light of the meal, the small portions and surround yourself with fragrant flowers and candle light. I created two complete menus for Valentine’s Day, one for those who prefer seafood and another for those who prefer to have meat. Obviously you can mix the courses and have a little bit of each. This menu uses many foods that have aphrodisiac powers, such as garlic, fennel, asparagus, chocolate and prawns to name just a few. So, set the atmosphere, plan your dinner and tell what you love, “I wander you well”.
