Preheated the oven: heat at 180 ° C (fan at 160 ° C) or 350 ° F.
Prepare the vegetables: place potatoes and peppers (more onion and tomatoes if you use) on a tray. Sprinkle with oil, disperse rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Room the vegetables: roasted for 25 minutes, turning in half.
Add the fish: place the fish fillets at the top. Sparks olives, capers and roasted peppers. Top with lemon slices and season with oil.
Final cook: roast for 7-8 minutes or until the fish is just cooked.
Serve: missing with basil and a lemon narrow. Serve immediately.
