On this refreshing strawberry drink
This recipe uses evaporated milk For a creamy wealth e fresh milk To keep things smooth. I went with strawberry syrup Because it is so easy to find in most supermarkets, making this drink simple to put together every time you want.
All the ingredients are mixed with ice, which gives the drink a lighter and muddy consistency typical of a smoothie, but still leans on a creamy atmosphere, similar to a frappè because of the evaporated milk. You could call it a Strawberry milk smoothie!
The flavors are fruity, sweet and totally approved for children. In fact, children could love this even more than you!

How to prepare strawberry bubble tea
Step 1: Bring the water to the boil in a pot over high heat. Slowly pour Tapioca pearls into boiling water, mixing gently to avoid aggregation.
Step 2: Lower the medium heat and cook for about 20-30 minutes (or according to the instructions on the package), mixing occasionally, especially close to the end to avoid the attack. After cooking, turn off the heat and let the Tapioca pearls sit in the hot water pot with the lid closed for another 30 minutes to cook completely.
Step 3: Drain the pearls in a filter and rinse them under cold running water to stop the cooking process and remove the excess starch.
Step 4: Transfer the pearls to a bowl and mix them with natural cane sugar or syrup to add sweetness. Cover with a plastic wrapping or a lid and let the pearls cool at room temperature before continuing.
Step 5: Mix the fresh milk, the evaporated milk and the ice in a blender. (For a pink drink, add the strawberry syrup during this step and mix until smooth.)
Step 6: Pour the mixed mixture into a glass, then add with a strawberry syrup and cooked tapioca pearls. Serve immediately and have fun!
