Did you think of steaming your tomatoes? Steam is a traditional Chinese cooking method with a long history in Chinese cuisine. We used to steam the vegetables, initially with bamboo steamships, to improve flavor and increase nutrition. In this post, I will introduce two ways of pouring the tomatoes perfectly. You can even taste the feeling of sunlight.

With their sweet and natural sweetness, tomatoes are my favorite ingredient when they fry, stewed and soups. If you love Chinese food, you could already try our tomato and fried.

Although steam tomatoes are less famous as egg or tomato drops, they can be something new in the experience of taste. You can even taste sunlight in soft steam tomatoes.

Compared to raw tomatoes, steam tomatoes are beneficial from a different perspective. As we all know, fresh tomatoes are a good source of vitamins C, K and a and different vitamins B. However, there is another essential nutrition called lycopene. When the tomatoes are well cooked, our body will absorb the lycopene better.

I think the steam also makes the slightly different consistency. Compared to raw tomatoes, steam tomatoes are Super soft and juicy, with a stronger and sweeter bitter taste Due to the heat that arrives.

Ways

The traditional steam method involves the adoption of a steamer, but there are several ways to steam tomatoes. Below are two of my favorite ways.

  1. Use a traditional steamship: this is the most common option. You can use this method if you want to serve it as a side dish.
  2. Vapor tomatoes with steam rice in a rice pot, I would call it the new trend among the younger generations.
