The baked zucchini chips and herbs are a delicious alternative to the chips otherwise oily and full of calories.
The courgettes are cut to look like the shape of the chips, thrown into some dry herbs with a splash of fresh lemon juice and then covered with bread crumbs and finally cooked in the oven.
An excellent snack, both for adults and for children. It makes an excellent snack after school or excellent also to be packed in snacks or simply served together with a hamburger to make a full meal.
