Nothing is better on a hot day of a grilled hot dog. Loaded with condiments or absolutely naked in a sandwich, a beef franc with that kiss of smoke is as classic as possible.
I am a suction cup for the grilled hot dog. Clear and simple. But when you dress them, it’s big or go home. And you would be amazed how simple it is to instill a smoked flavor with wooden chips with condiments, such as guacamole, to really kick things.

To your hot dogs?
They are one of those people who cannot put absolutely anything on a quality hot dog and loves it. And then there are days when I want everything that is piled up at the top.
For these, I decided to carbonize the hot dogs and add western grilled hickory chips to create a smoked flavor in grilled avocado and hot dogs. Since everything was grilling quickly, I just thrown the charcoal chips and closed the lid to instill a hint of that smoked flavor.

How long to grill the hot dogs
Like all things, time will depend on how hot you are hot your grid and other factors such as the external temperature. However, the hot dogs are generally pre-coupons and grilled quickly.
Take the francs, making sure that they warm up evenly for 5-7 minutes and usually will stop in some places to get those beautiful grilled signs.
If you are really looking for perfection, secure HOT DOG Grilled at 155 degrees F.
During the warm summer days, I love the memory of the childhood hot dogs who are a bit too far passed by the grill of dad and sometimes sits them on the upper rack and allows me to forget them for about 20 minutes before enjoying one.
How to grill Avocado
Grill Avocados softens them and adds a nice soft fruit flavor. A few minutes on hot coals, they make a lot of way.
- Make an oil of all the sides of the avocado to avoid attacking while grains.
- Avocados do not take long to carbiegize, so be sure to stand and rotate the avocado if necessary.
- Once grilled, leave the avocado to cool before collecting the filling: these children get up and the skins hold on the fire.
Grilling avocado is a great way to take Easy guacamolo At a completely new level!
These grilled dogs, spread in barbecue sauce and grid avocado that crush me in guacamole and serve with bacon and bean taste, are bringing the hot dogs to a completely new level.
