Lebanese Spinach Triangle Pies Recipe

  • To start preparing the recipe for triangle cakes of Lebanese spinach, take hot water, oil, sugar and salt. Add the yeast and beat it well. Put aside to activate for about 10 minutes.

  • Sift the flour of all the purposes in a bowl. Now add the flour mixture to the yeast solution.

  • Mix well and knead it to a soft flexible dough. Put aside to rest in a hot place for 1-2 hours. Later you will observe that the dough would increase.

  • Now to make triangular cakes, preheat the oven to 190 C.

  • Divide the dough into lemon balls. Strong every piece in a circle. Add 1-2 tablespoons of filling.

  • Add three sides of the dough to the center and seal the edges to make a triangle.

  • Put the spinach triangle cakes on the sheets and brush generously with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy hot or hot.
