This ciabatta soccer sandwich has fun accumulations on a nice ciabatta bread. It is portable and full of flavor for the game day.

Simply does not appreciate a “Italian” hagie Unless they come from Philly.
I tried these submarine sandwiches in other parts of the country. They are only Knock -off depressive of what should be a joyful thing with some thin slices of meat, piled up with enveloping iceberg lettuce on an inert roll.
A real Italian hagie is magical, covered with oil, on a perfect roll, piled up with a variety of meat and cheese for gastronomy and seasoned with all the gaskets. It’s something we do well.

This imagined version is not an Italian hagie. It is a sandwich with a kick with fun on a nice ciabatta bread.
It is portable and full of flavor, but I felt the need to clarify that this was not trying to be his older brother. That’s what it is and will not let you disappoint. Prepare with any sliced sandwich meat you need to be exhausted.
Don’t think too much. Let the flavors enjoy you.

Mix the chopped artichokes and red peppers together.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Or heat a medium grid.
Sprinkle the inside of the ciabatta rolls with a little olive oil.
Pila the salami, the chorizo, the Capicola and the provolone evenly between each of the 4 rolls. Top with the artichoke mixture and the upper part of the rolls.
Wrap each sandwich in an aluminum sheet. Cool overnight if you go on (*if you go on, you may want to reserve the drizzle of oil before heating to avoid the soaked roll syndrome).
Put the sandwiches in the oven or on the preheated grill for 20 minutes, checking if heated and the cheese is dissolved.
