Get your Ninja Flexflame quickly set. This tutorial provides clear instructions and an assembly video to help you every step.

What is included

The assembly of the Ninja Flexflame is quite easy. In fact, it is one of the easiest grids I’ve ever put together.

Each part and a screw are wrapped in plastic with a adhesive outside that identifies the part or passage in which it is used. This makes the search for the parts so easy. And since the stickers are on the plastic package, you don’t have to detach them from the metal.

The grid is supplied with a step-by-step assembly guide with images and text. In addition, you can download the BILT app for virtual interactive instructions.

Or, watch my YouTube video on top of this post. I will guide you through every step.

Assembly of the base

  1. Open the box and remove everything except the main part of the grid. You will see that each piece is wrapped in plastic with a sticker that identifies the part.
  2. Add the wheels to the bottom of the cart. The locking wheels go to the front.
  3. Add the door of the door to base with two small screws.
  4. Turn up the trolley to the right upwards and add the side walls. You will start by partially adding a screw in the front and back. So, you will put the wall on those screws and you will slide it. Tighten those screws and add a central screw.
  5. Add the rear panel the same way. Partially add the upper screw and slide the panel in place. So, fix all the screws.
  6. Then, you will add an auction of the tank divider. The rounded curve goes towards the front. The instructions say to add the rear side of the hook first, but I found it easier to add the front side and then push the back.
  7. Add the front brace just as you did the rear panel by partially inserting the screws in the two upper holes. Then, adding the remaining screws.

Adding grid

You will need two people for this step.

  1. Before lifting the main part of the grid on the base, you will have to remove all the objects that are kept inside.
  2. So, look for the orange stickers who say lifts here. Put your hands where the stickers are located and lift out of the box on the cart. The Pioli will slide into the corners. Fix them with screws.
  3. Then, add the left table with the dice and the base with the base.
  4. For the right table, you will have to cut the strip with zip that contains the control panel. Also, remove the adhesive to the left of the valve stem.
  5. Slide the shelf on the valve stem and safe.
  6. Add the control panel. Make sure the card goes to the hole on the front. So, run right. Fix with screws on the back.
  7. Feel the tube of the propane regulator in the cart and fix the bracket with a screw to keep it in place.
  8. Add the tracks of the fat tray, making sure that the one with the dive is installed on the right.
  9. Add the propane heat shield. It should take the cards on the left. Also make sure that the shape of the bowl is facing down. Fix with two screws.

Final steps

  1. Press the dial on the valve stem.
  2. Add the main flame cans of the burner above the burners. Make sure that the rectangle hole is the oval hole on the left.
  3. Add the Fiamma tamer of the pilot burner to the top perpendicular to the main flame tamers.
  4. Add the grids and the upper cooking grid inside the grill.
  5. Insert the fat tray, sliding on the rails.
  6. Install the left back locker by placing the peg in the lower hole. There is a card at the top of the cart. Press down and slide the door under it until it takes in position. Repeat with the right door.

Cook

Now that your grid is completely assembled, move it to the permanent position. Make sure it is at least 3 feet from any flammable structure.

Remove all the stickers inside and outside the grid. If they deceive them slowly, they shouldn’t leave any residue behind.

Add the propane tank and screw the regulator tube. The manual provides more detailed instructions to ensure that there are no gas leaks.

Connect a three -pointed extension that is evaluated for the use external to the thorn of the grid.

Turn on the gas, turn on the pilot burner and turn the dial on the grill. Look inside the grill to make sure you see a flame. Adjust the temperature to 600f degrees. Leave the grill for at least 20 minutes to burn the residues of any manufacturer.

Now, you’re ready for your first cook on the flame of Ninja Flex.
