Goan Style Mushroom Vindaloo Recipe

  • To start preparing the Goan -style mushroom vindaloo, first prepare all the ingredients and bring together all the spices.

  • The next step is to roast the Masala for Vindaloo.

  • Heat a small pan over medium heat; Add all the ingredients to be ground in a pasta and roasted them for a few minutes until a roast aroma and red peppers are obtained are slightly crunchy.

  • Turn off the heat, let it cool a little and grind in a fine powder.
