Ingredients for the seasoning of Fajita
Here is everything you want to have at hand so you can make this easy dressing fajita at home:
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon range of lime (0r ¼ teaspoon of dehydrated lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
You can use normal oregano if you don’t have Mexican oregano at hand. Keep in mind, however, you will lose some of that depth of flavor inspired by the Mexican.

How much dressing Fajita uses depends on your personal preferences. I usually recommend about 1 tablespoon to start every kilo of meat. After that, you can improve it to your liking and the dishes you are cooking.

This seasonal shops easily in your pantry so you can go on to have at hand when you get that brama of Fajita.
