The chicken salad is always in the menu for a picnic or spend a day in the pool. It also seems to be one of the inclusions par excellence at every baby shower and for women’s lunch. A curry version is a great way to keep things interesting. We will load it on a croissant if we feel fantasy, or simply we will collect it in an avocado when you want something lighter for lunch.

- Chicken: This recipe uses 2 cups of pre-cotto chicken. The spin -turrosto chicken or leftovers operate perfectly. You can always cook and also cut the chicken breasts.

- Raisins: We use the golden raisins instead of adjusting for their sweeter flavor and juiciness. The regular raisins works, but you really get a better result with those golden grassful raisins. You could also use dry blueberries or a quarter of red or grapes.
- Mayonnaise: We did test of mayonnaise taste and highly recommend using neutral taste mayonnaise. It turns out that this will almost always be a generic store of store. If you want something lighter, you can replace mayonnaise with simple Greek yogurt in the same quantity.
- Curry Powder: We use a simple yellow curry powder. You can easily find in the corridor of spices of almost all of us or a Canadian grocery store.
- Lemon juice: Squeezed as soon as he always gives the best flavor, but the bottle things also works.
- Cilantro: We love coriander for that distinctly fresh, citrus and slightly spicy taste, but some people have that gene in which it has a flavor of soap. Use your best judgment to include or not.
Chicken options
This recipe requires grated cooked chicken and this is supplied with all types of options.
Girrrosto chicken – Many American grocery stores sell cooked ride chickens that you can buy and destroy. Frozen cooked chicken -I take a look at the freezer section of your grocery store for chicken strips and pre -cooked pieces.
Boiled chicken – Just boil 2 chicken breasts (about 1 pound) in water or chicken broth (for more flavor) for about 15 minutes or until they are cooked. Drain and cut the chicken with a fork.
Cook your chicken – Spread the chicken breasts into a slightly greased 9 × 13 pan. Condish slightly with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cooking. Then destroy or cut approximately.


Instructions for gaining weight
This is the perfect meal for makeup. In fact, this cold salad is even more taste if it was left in the fridge for a couple of hours or even a whole day before eating it! This is excellent news if you want to prepare for a picnic or simply make a cold lunch in advance. Storage instructions
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. To enjoy it again, you can serve it cold, directly from the refrigerator or let it arrive at room temperature.
