Crispy Egg Rolls easy to make at home | Can’t believe it’s not deep fried

I prepared the recipe for spring rolls (egg rolls) over 10 years ago. Here is another egg roll recipe made with chicken with pork. In my last recipe for the egg roller, I fried them. This time I fried them. It is even simpler and easier. I hope you like these famous Chinese appetizers!

Here is my original recipe for the egg roll:

Recipe written for egg sandwiches:
1 chicken breast (finely chopped) or pig
1 package of egg rollers for eggs
1 carrot, diced in cubes
3 cups of chopped cabbage
Avocado or vegetable oil
Salt
White pepper powder
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
More sauce (duck sauce)

1. Heat the oil over high heat. Brown the meat until it is slightly brown. Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.
2. Add cabbage and carrot. Add and mix. Cook about 3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
4. Finish with sesame oil.
5. Leave the filling to cool.
6. Wrap the egg rolls (following my steps in the video).
7. Fry them until golden brown (deep frying, pan or air frying). Serve with plum sauce.
(For the rest of the egg sandwiches, keep them in a zip bag and freeze them)
