Ingredients:
2 large eggs, seasoned with salt and white pepper
2 medium tomatoes, peeled; Dice and blocks
2 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Sugar
Salt
White pepper powder
Avocado or vegetable oil
Written recipe for Chinese tomato and fried egg:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat and prepare scrambled eggs. When 80%are made, set aside.
2. Lower the heat on medium and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Jump chopped garlic about 10 seconds,
3. Mix the diced tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes. Add a pinch of sugar and salt.
4. Add the white part of the green onions and combine the tomato spindles. Cook about 3 minutes.
5. Finish with green onions, salt, white pepper with your tastes. Serve!
