Oreo Brownies

Brownies are one of my family’s favorite delicacies! I almost always have a mix of canned brownie in the pantry because they are so easy to do in this way. You know I’m always a fan of a good shortcut! However, these homemade brownies are equally easy to make and dare to say, they have a much better flavor. Next time you won’t regret having done it for dessert!

Brownie and Oreo?

You may ask if these two things really go together. I mean, I know that oreo are chocolate biscuits, but they certainly have a different flavor from chocolate in brownies. I’m here to tell you that it is a game made in paradise! These brownies are full of rich chocolate flavor.

How to get that top crack on Oreo Brownies

I tried tons of recipes that tried to get that rough and twilight top on the brownies that I love so much. What I discovered is that it takes some time and a specific process: beat eggs and sugar together 5 minutes. Do not run through that passage; If you love the rough top, let the mixer go for all five minutes before continuing the recipe!

How to do the Brownies Oreo

You could use some more dishes with homemade brownies than with a mix of brownie mix, but you will love the final result! Here’s how to prepare these delicious Brownies Oreo:

  1. Prepare: First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then cover an 8 × 8 -inch pan with parchment paper, letting it hang a little on the sides to help you easily remove the oven brownies.
  2. Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate together, mixing to combine. After it is completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool lightly.
  3. Brownie batter: In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until they are pale and soft. Subsequently, mix the vanilla. Now pour into the melted chocolate mixture and mix to unite.
  4. Dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda together. Gently bend the mixture of flour into the wet ingredients and mix until it is combined.
  5. Combine and cook: Folds all the pieces of oreo biscuits chopped on the brownie batter. Distribute the batter uniformly in the prepared pan and smooth the upper part. Cook for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean or with some wet crumbs.

I like to use parchment paper to remove brownies from the pan and let them cool a little. Slice and serve hot with a little ice cream and chocolate or caramel syrup for a real surprise!
