This recipe is fresh and light but is still full of flavor of our delicious homemade salad condiment. Honey and stevia are excellent options.
Note ingredients

- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon to cook the chicken and 1 tablespoon for the sauce. You can use vegetable or avocado oil to cook the chicken and vegetables, but the olive oil for the sauce is recommended.
- Chicken: We suggest using boned and leather -free chicken breasts for this recipe. The thighs may also work, but they need a longer cooking time.
- Onion: Cut the onion in half and then in thin slices.
- Bell Peppers: Any color of peppers will work for this recipe! Feel free to use a color or more colors, depending on what your family likes or what is on sale.
- Romain lettuce: Replace with butter or mixed vegetables.
- Avocado: Add just before serving to avoid Doro.
- Lime juice: Fresh lime are the best and you will need about two for this recipe. The bottle lime juice will also work.
- Pepper bows: Add a thin heat, which you can adjust according to your preferences.
Fajita space
While you can often find the pre-fetched Fajita dressing in the grocery stores, we advise you to create yours! Each brand differs in its relationships and in the quality of spices, therefore the use of our mix of spices will guarantee a quality flavor. It only takes a few minutes more and really improves the flavor of your Fajitas. It is about being able to control the flavor alone to get the best.
Pepper bows: Another professional of the realization of your spice mix is that you can check the spice level: if your family is not so tolerant of spices, you can reduce the amount of chilli flakes you add. Or, if you are really looking for a little warmth, feel free to add more!
Lettuce options
Substitutes: We love this chicken salad with crispy Roman lettuce, but you can easily replace with butter lettuce, green or red leaf or a packaged spring mix.
Lettuce wraps: You could also transform this Fajita chicken salad into a lettuce envelope! Use Romaine hearts or lettuce leaves to butter for easy and moving chicken!

Alternative salad discussions
This recipe has a fantastic, sweet and spicy dressing, but if you are looking for something a little milder and creamy, you can collect a south-western style dressing or a ranch from the grocery store. Below we also have some other tasty recipes.
Dresimi di Ranch di Cilantro Lime: This is a spicy turning point on the classic ranch seasoning. The fresh and citrus flavors of lime and the distinctive flavor of coriander add a refreshing and vibrant touch to the salad, making it an exciting option for those who enjoy a little football in their seasoning.
Ranch condiment: A classic choice, the ranch is creamy and has a balanced flavor that works well both with vegetables and with the meat in the salad. Its wealth improves general taste without dominating the other ingredients.
Instructions for the preparation and storage of meals
- Chicken and pre-Cook vegetables: Cook the peppers, onion and chicken in advance and refrigerate.
- Assembly: Assemble the salad without seasoning and keep it in the refrigerator. Add the dressing and avocado just before serving.
You can keep the salad stripped in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of two days, but the salad she has already dressed does not keep in the refrigerator for a long time and will quickly get quickly.
