Salmone Bang Bang’s bites are fast and easy to make in less than 20 minutes. The cubes of spiced salmon are cooked perfectly, therefore seasoned with delicious spicy creamy sauce. Serve on rice or a bed of mixed leaves to transform it into a complete meal!

Salmone Bang Bang’s bites are full of flavors that creates employees and are fine with anything: rice, noodles, salad, quinoa and more! It is really an excellent option for frenetic meals on weekdays as the recipe is super simple and quick to make.
Everything you need is to rub the spices in cubed salmon, cook and finish with Cremosa spicy bang bang sauce. Optional, but I highly recommend serving them with coriander leaves and lime wedges.

What is Bang Bang sauce?
The Bang Bang sauce is a rich Asian inspiration sauce which is creamy, spicy, sweet and acidic. It is made mainly with mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce and vinegar. It is incredibly easy to make simply by combining all the ingredients in a bowl!

How to make salmon bang bang bites
Step 1. Prepare the salmon. Pat dries the salmon well with paper towels. Cut the salmon into cubes of the bite size and place on a lined pan.
Step 2. Season. Sprinkle the olive oil, sprinkle salt, chilli pepper and garlic powder on the fish. Mix to cover.
Step 3. Cooking. Cook for 10 minutes. Then cook on the grill for 2-3 minutes until the salmon is slightly brown and crunchy. Stay close to the oven as he shouts to avoid burning.




Step 4. Prepare the sauce. Add mayonnaise, sweet pepper sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, tamari soy sauce and whips well.
Step 5. Serve. Sprinkle the sauce on the salmon in the oven. Optional: top with coriander and sesame.

Faq
Choose any salmon that comes in a cut more often so that it is easier to cut into cubes. I like to use Atlantic salmon because they are fatter and tender.
They can be kept refrigerated for a maximum of 2 days. Keep the Bang Bang sauce separately. Microwave or cook on the hob on top with a small amount of oil to be heated.

- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Bang Bang sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili pepper sauce
- 1 table spoon Rice vinegar
- 1 table spoon Sriracha or spicy sauce of your choice
- 2 spoons Tamari are sauce
