Leaning by hand a graham cracker in yogurt fruit dive.

It is not a secret that I love a good dive of fruit.

They are practically everything you might want in a recipe: fast and easy, delicious and versatile enough to serve as a snack or a simple dessert.

They are also fantastic to go to the holidays. Doors, cookouts, wedding showers: they are all immediately better when there is a dip of fruit.

My dive of cheese cream fruit has always been a great favorite around here, as well as my nutella fruit dive. But I wanted to find one that was a little lighter, a little less sweet and perfect for the summer.

And that’s how this yogurt fruit dive was born!

Obviously I opted for a strawberry atmosphere with this dive of yogurt, but take a look at the “recipe” section for some more flavor suggestions.

Greek yogurt is a little more often than normal yogurt, so it’s my preference for use in this recipe. I like the Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, but I feel free to use your favorite.

Just make sure you don’t buy simple yogurt. Since we are not adding other sweeteners, we need the slight sweetness of the yogurt flavored in this dip.

Cool Whip is the mounted topping that I like the most, but you can also use Truwhip. If you do not want to use a whipped topping, you can use the stabilized whipped cream instead.

To take the dip, simply mix the yogurt and the fresh whisk. Use a spatula to bend the diced strawberries.

Cover the dip and cool it for about 30 minutes before serving.

Serve suggestions

This yogurt fruit dive is delicious with fresh fruit. Strawberries, slices, grapes, pineapple and even sliced bananas are all great choices. Whatever the favorite fruit of your family is, it will be fine with this dip.

But don’t stop at fresh fruit! Cracker Graham, vanilla biscuits, chocolate wafer biscuits or even animal crackers are all excellent options.

You could even cut cubes of cake for chileeggio cream cream or cream cake to challenge to use as a dipper.

Recipe variations

I love using strawberry yogurt and fresh strawberries to do this yogurt fruit dip, but this is not your only option!

Feel free to use your favorite flavor of Greek yogurt, such as raspberry, fishing, mixed berries, honey or vanilla. Fold in the corresponding fresh fruit (fresh raspberries, diced peaches, etc.) or jump it completely.

I like this dip is not very sweet, but you can always mix a little honey or maple syrup if you want a little more sweetness.

For a milk -free version, use your favorite milk -free yogurt and whipped lactic -free topping.

Storing the dive of yogurt

Keep this yogurt fruit dip in a hermetic container in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.

If you want to freeze the dip, I recommend you freeze it before folding fresh strawberries. Freeze in an airtight container for a maximum of one month; thaw during the night in the refrigerator.

Before serving, mix well and fold fresh diced strawberries.

In a large bowl add the yogurt and the mounted dressing. Fold in strawberries. Cool for 30 minutes before serving with fresh fruit and Cracker Graham.
