LAS VEGAS – Christie Vanover, the champion pitmaster behind the popular Girls Can Grill brand, is excited to announce the launch of her highly anticipated spice blends: Brisket Rub, Chicken Rub and Pork Rub.
Designed for backyard grillers and competitive pitmasters, these expertly crafted rubs make it easy to create bold, mouth-watering flavors with every meal.
“I’ve been using these recipes for years for my competition barbecue and the judges love them,” Vanover said. “But they don’t just translate into championship trophies, they’re also great for everyday backyard barbecues.”
Each rub in the collection is tailored to complement a specific protein while offering versatility for other uses:
- Rub your chest: A Texas-inspired blend of salt, pepper and garlic with a touch of heat and sweetness, perfect for brisket, steaks and burgers.
- Chicken Rub: A tasty combination of umami, chillies and herbs that makes chicken, turkey and duck irresistibly tasty. It is also excellent on vegetables.
- Pork Rub: A sweet and smoky blend of garlic, honey, molasses and five chilies, designed to bring out the natural sweetness of the pork with the perfect bark. It also pairs wonderfully with salmon and prawns.
As one of the few female pitmasters in the barbecue industry, Vanover’s passion for grilling and her mission to empower others to care for the grill shines through in every product. Known for her approachable style and dedication to flavor, she has built a loyal following through Girls Can Grill, inspiring thousands of people to fire up their grills and try something new.
The rubs are now available for purchase online and are featured in select retail locations and barbecue events nationwide.
