LAS VEGAS – Girls Can Grill will launch its new award-winning barbecue rubs at the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas January 19-21 at Stand no. 4007.

Girls Can Grill is a Las Vegas-based company that has taught millions of people how to grill, and now founder and champion Christie Vanover is bringing her expertise to retail with her award-winning brisket, chicken and pork rubs.

“Originally developed for competition barbecues, I’m bringing these products to market to help home cooks consistently create barbecue they can be proud of,” Vanover said. “They combine bold flavors like guajillo and Aleppo chiles with unique sweeteners like honey and molasses.”

As one of the few female pitmasters in the industry, Vanover’s mission is to make barbecue accessible to all. He shares his barbecue tutorials with millions of people every month via his website, social media, BBQ Tips Podcast AND Recipe book for barbecues during the holidays.

Vanover is a championship pitmaster and certified barbecue judge. It was named the 2023 Nevada BBQ Team of the Year, has won multiple state barbecue championships and has competed in or judged the world barbecue championships for the past seven years.

Her recipes have earned thousands of five-star reviews and she has received widespread exposure in national media and has been a contestant on Food Network’s BBQ Brawl.

The new Girls Can Grill Rubs will be featured in the Debut District in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center at Booth No. 4007. Stop for samples of brisket, pork and chicken.
