Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into strips about 2 cm long. Season the chicken on both sides with salt, freshly ground pepper and oregano.

Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 4-6 minutes. Turn the chicken and cook for a further 4-6 minutes until golden brown. Check if the chicken is cooked.

Transfer the chicken to a plate until you make the garlic butter sauce.

To the same pan, add the chicken broth, garlic, butter, paprika and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute until bubbling, the butter melts and the garlic releases its fragrance.

Transfer the chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Remove from the heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley and arrange, if desired, a few slices of lemon.
