For every pound of meat, add 1 heaping tablespoon of spices. Overworking the ground meat can make it tough, so a gentle hand is key. Place the burgers on the grill. Cook for at least 4 minutes before flipping until both sides are browned and the burger is done to your desired doneness. The eight-ounce burgers are medium rare at about 10 minutes. Let the burgers rest for about 5 minutes before serving. You can also use an air fryer on your favorite meat cooking setting.
