Bowl con ingredientes de la CANASTA POMARIO

We have recently launched THE POMARIO VEGETABLE BASKET to help you make shopping easier and accompany you in the search for a healthier and more balanced diet: adequate portions and different vegetables to play with and explore flavours. And what excites us most: they are all organic vegetables that have the Colombian Organic Food Seal awarded by Ceres.

Let’s consume more organic!

Today we want to share with you a salad idea, where between the new spinach and the lettuce mix we play with the freshness of the leaves. We hope that it will inspire you to create and invent different dishes, for different times of the day, because as we say at Pomario: we want to be with you from breakfast to snack 😉 We are therefore waiting for your photos with ideas on our networks @somospomarioso that together we can build more ideas to #eatbetter.

Ingredients:

  • Bogotá or baby spinach
  • Lettuce mix
  • carrots
  • Avocados
  • Brocolini
  • Your favorite vinaigrette

You can also use:

  • Cucamelones Orchard
  • Edible flowers for a special touch
  • Cherry tomatoes. The new zebras arrived!
  • Mushrooms in plates
  • To make it your complete meal, we give you some protein ideas: cheese, diced ham, julienned chicken or sirloin, or if you want a vegan bowl, you can include chickpeas or roasted lentils.

Instructions:

Let’s blanch the broccolini first! Put the water to boil and when it is ready add the broccolini, leaving them for a maximum of 1 minute. You will notice how they change color and become dark green. It is important not to leave them any longer so as not to lose their nutritional value.

Remove them from the pan of boiling water and place them under cold running water. Add some salt.

You can also do this process with micro carrots. Or if you prefer you can eat them raw.

Now let’s assemble the salad. It’s quick and easy! Simply take a bowl and arrange all the ingredients as you think they look beautiful, play with the colors and shades of the vegetables. Get inspired and let’s eat better!
