Today we present recipes and quick ideas for using micro carrots; favorites of children and adults. If you have children, grandchildren and little friends, microgreens are a perfect option for them: for their size, their softness, their consistency; They identify with its size, its shape, and that curiosity works for us when it comes to getting our little ones to try different foods.
Here are some healthy ideas for humans of all sizes:

- Dipping micro-carrots
When you have guests at home or during a party, this is the perfect option for a healthy, colorful and different intern.
You can put a tray with carrots, broccolini, cucumbers, micro courgettes cut in half, olives, dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and some cheese. Halfway put the hummus or your favorite sauce and top it all off with some sprouts.
- Sauteed micro carrots
Place the micro-carrots, including the leaves, in a very hot pan. You can use avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil or butter. When the fat you used is ready, add the carrots and brown them
