Prepare: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the mold with baking paper.

Cook at 180 degrees: Pour into the mold, tap the mold to remove the air and bake in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes.

Cook at 160 degrees: Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 160° for 25 minutes.
